An MBA with IMPAC
The IMPAC University Professional MBA Program is designed to:
- Encourage a broader perspective that will make you a more effective business professional and encourage a pattern of lifelong learning and personal growth to prepare you for advancement in your business career.
- Develop a deeper understanding of fundamental business knowledge, both through functional approaches, such as accounting, finance, marketing, strategic thinking and quantitative methods of decision analysis, and in cross-disciplinary work that encourages new approaches to business issues.
- Explore the increasingly global nature of the economic, social, legal, political, and ethical responsibilities of business.
- Expand your abilities in leadership and interpersonal relationships through academic work in organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, operations and technology management, and related fields.
- Develop professional oral and written communication skills.

Degree Requirements
Students must be formally accepted into the MBA Program. Matriculated students must successfully complete the 48 credit hour program listed in this section, including an integrated applied project to be completed as part of MBA 702 and MBA 706. Students must meet all graduation criteria outlined in the Catalog.
