Susan Schran, MBA Adjunct Professor Susan Schran is currently Worldwide Director of Internal Training for IMPAC and an Adjunct Faculty Member at IMPAC University. Ms. Schran has over twenty years of experience in the development and implementation of supervisory, management, and executive programs internationally. Ms. Schran received her Bachelors Degree from Drexel University in 1972 with a major in Fashion Design and a Minor in Business. She received her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in 1980 from Temple University where she focused on management, organizational structure and behavior. Ms. Schran has extensive experience in training and educating business professionals in sales, communication, change management, problem solving, behavioral interventions, productivity in the workplace and organizational behavior. In addition to being an outstanding teacher and trainer, she has an extensive record of success and achievement in the business world. Ms. Schran worked on program implementation projects in over 1000 companies. She has been a member of Corporate Senior Management and the Chair of Corporate Senior Management for IMPAC. She is the only woman to achieve the Master Productivity Specialist Certification for her success in the implementation of productivity strategies.
