IMPAC^® is not a corporation, but a registered trademark owned by Integrated Control Systems, Inc., a Florida corporation. IMPAC^® systems are implemented exclusively through entities that are contractually licensed by Integrated Control Systems, Inc. to offer and provide IMPAC^® systems. These licensees are locally managed and operated and solely responsible for each of their own duties and responsibilities in providing IMPAC^® systems. The licensees are unrelated to Integrated Control Systems, Inc. and IMPAC University LLC and to any other licensee. Neither Integrated Control Systems, Inc. nor IMPAC University LLC are responsible for the implementation of any IMPAC^® systems or any liabilities of any licensee or provider of IMPAC^® systems.
