Knowledge Capital
In the continuation of a tradition of educational and training excellence, the Chairman of the Board of IMPAC founded IMPAC University in December 1998. The University was established to help business professionals and corporations to maintain a competitive edge by making a commitment to education training and “lifelong learning.”
IMPAC University is a global degree granting corporate university whose mission is to provide education and training that is pragmatic, timely, and tailored to the needs of business and industry throughout the world. The University provides degrees and training curricula in business related areas that span from general management and business issues to globalization, leadership, technology, and behavioral and psychological principles in business.
Programs are developed using the best standards of education and professional business practice. The University faculty represents some of the very best in the education and the business world. Education and training curricula are offered residentially, via the internet, on site at corporate locations, or a combination thereof.
Today, knowledge has emerged as a primary source of capital in the business world. IMPAC University helps employers increase their Knowledge Capital. We do this by determining the knowledge and skill needs of a corporation and providing real world experience and education to meet these needs. IMPAC University believes that we are “partners in learning” with corporations. Accordingly, we work with corporations to identify which areas of competence are necessary for a workforce to function effectively and we customize curricula that will establish these competencies. A competent workforce is a competitive workforce. Today’s business professional and employer want a competitive edge – IMPAC University is dedicated to providing it.

IMPAC University staff will visit corporate clients at our expense to discuss educational and training needs with organizations. If we believe there is compatibility between our educational and training opportunities and an organization’s goals and objectives, we will conduct an assessment of educational and training needs for a corporation at our own expense. Corporate clients may be invited to visit the Florida campus prior to enrolling students. This allows corporate clients to visit faculty and staff and to tour our state of the art educational and training facility.
