IMPAC University® regularly admits students to the MBA program that do not possess an undergraduate degree in business or coursework in areas critical to the higher level thinking required at the Master's Level. In order to provide education at its highest standards, students without undergraduate or graduate coursework in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, Technology and English will be required to take prerequisites non-credit courses. Theses courses will provide the students with the background necessary to be successful in the MBA program. Determination of need for prerequisites will be made based on student transcript. Students must take the prerequisite course in their first three quarters enrolled at IMPAC University®. The course descriptions and learning objectives will be approved by the faculty committee.
All students admitted to graduate programs at IMPAC University® must have certain academic and professional skills. These include personal computer skills, word processing and spreadsheet skills, and the knowledge to access on-line information and participate in E-mail correspondence. Students must also be able to use standard written and spoken English effectively. To this end, students may be required to complete a communication and computer-orentation program, and may also be required to complete basic prerequisite courses in areas where there are skill defects.
Low-cost, quality computers can be purchased at Tiger Direct. Tiger Direct also has a used computer recycling program and may buy your old computer!
